Many of the projects in my portfolio represent the first time I tackled a specific design challenge. While having perfectly aligned past experience is great, it's often not an option when creating something new. My approach is to identify the challenges, break them down to their simplest components, solve those, and build from there. This method, known as First Principles, is how I find elegant solutions to complex problems—no matter the context.
